  1. Ughhhh this is so good Terry! Lovely in the same way that Panoramical is, but my favorite thing is how much it encourages experimentation and playfulness. I’m going to get back to playing now 🙂

    Also the music is perfect.

  2. A few commands I found:

Start: Makes a white box around the area. Type again to deactivate.
    Red: Makes the screen red.
    Green: Makes the screen green.
Blue: Well, you get the idea…
    Dark: Makes the color darker.
    Light: Makes the color lighter.
    Hexagon: Makes a hexagon.
    Square: Makes a square.
    Rectangle: Makes a rectangle.
    Circle: Makes a circle.
    Stop: Shapes stop moving.
Spin: Shapes spin around the center of the screen.
: Makes shapes travel in the direction (up/down/left/right) you typed.

  3. When you’re at a command prompt with no idea what to type, it’s always a good idea to ask for ‘help’.

  4. Hey Terry, great concept! I was a bit clueless at first so I started asking it how it was and by the end it was a congealed mess of vibrating geometric shapes. I love it.

  5. OH MY GOSH I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Thank you, Terry, for making this wonderful shape generator. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to make my own shapes. Your hardware polygons changed all that, making everything perfect! The commands… The colours… The polygons… Everything.

  6. Type ‘cows’ then ‘lots’ as many times as you want, then type matrix, also try:
    galaxy/space (doesn’t really matter which)
different colours (try emerald, purple, anything)
    ‘things’
using ‘more’ or ‘lots’ after everything you type
things like ‘city’, ‘car’, ‘phone’, also exist
there’s also lots of commands for filters like ‘sepia’
    ‘grey’ makes it monotone
    ‘win’, ‘lose’ are fun
lots of different places like ‘city’ ‘park’ ‘lake’ ‘doom’
there is just sO MUCH you can do with this neat little game and i cant believe i haven’t found it before!!
