This is the whole playlist of Rioshoa's gameplay on the level. I post this as I want to show that the forum is not yet dead.

Try this?

Yeah, but that's Windows and Linux only, and as far as I can see he's using a Mac...
So I guess it's impossible for the OP to get 2.1 now, as Terry has stopped developing 2.2....

Also map(off) should work in 2.0 as well. (Pre 2.0 doesn't have map, and 2.0+ have map on by default.)

1) Recurring scripts EVERYWHERE
2) Misplaced text in Get Ready to Bounce Again (It is created....)
3) Single tile wall in Get Ready to Bounce Again

Overthinking: Is Difficulty Spike a room named by my level?
BTW, This should be obvious LOLOLOLOLOL
And the trinket ABOVE The Room of Insanity is impossible.

There're a lot of bugs produced due to the gravitrons.
There's also seriously wall glitch in the Regular Service bla bla bla.
What gravitron has the bug? The one in the Space Station or the one in the Final Level?
What do you mean by Regular Service?
1. Both. The first one mess up if you flip to there and reach the wall, then tap a few times and you 'll get the Gravitron again, yet in other rooms..I also messed up the one in the final level, but I forgot...
2. The one in Polar Dimension. Regular Service Will Return Shortly.
Also, it's impossible to 'cheat' as many warp destination are partially/completely surrounded by walls, leaving Viridian to be sent to weird positions.

How do you override the warp backgrounds?

I think having warplines does the trick. They should be in a position where you can't reach though, or where warping is intended.
Quote mini-bump!
I can't place both types of warps in 2.1.  :victoria:
I'm pretty sure you have to:

  • Make sure the room isn't wrapping
  • Place warp lines
  • Exit VVVVVV
  • External edit your level (open it with a text editor)
  • Find your room
  • Set wrapping to the right kind
  • Done!
That's not necessary.
1. Place warp lines at where you want.
2. Make a checkpoint in the room and press 'enter'
3. Now exit testing.
4. Place warp direction as you like.
5. Done!

The trinket next to *Shove* in Donate to Charity is impossible :'(
Oh and it's extremely hard. Newbies don't play this.

Impressive scripting! Race the platform, the puzzle area, and the rotation mechanics is amazing.
I like Counting the Death as well, although that mechanic is not perfectly original (see Palace of Peril).
First room was hard. Some other rooms were tricky, but not too difficult, say Rosering.
Maybe having less rooms with snail pace platforms would be better. They are boring. In fact, I used invincibility to pass Sloth Adventure because it's way too boring...
I guess I feel more astonished than the publishers reading The Cuckoo's Calling. It's an exceptional debut, man!
Just one thing, does the game end with the ship? It seems weird without crewmate.
Other than this, I couldn't find any glitches, although I missed some trinkets....(I took the wrong path for the 1st trinket, and I couldn't figure out there's a trinket near Squeezer!)

Enemies in Don't You Want it passes through a checkpoint. This can give you 10 immediate deaths.
I Won Through Force-Vici Per Ci is insane, especially on returning to I Won Through Force. You have to do some crazy wiggling to dodge enemies.
Through careful slipping, I skipped the lower, spiky part of Vici Per Ci.
It's quite a good level, although you can make more duality rooms than just two paths.

I can't leave the room Boss 1: Kaizoofperson when it still has 3/3 health.
Don't use warp lines with warp direction :D

Also, you're sure that I can go to the terminal when King has 2/3 health?

I fixed these in level editor and beat the level, and I think this is pretty fun.

1. I know this. This was very annoying when I was working on rooms with warp lines.
2. (20,17)
3. Well I think it's good for having a high overall difficulty, especially since its intended. I would prefer you to alter the lower parts of the original driller sequence though.
4-6. Thanks!
7. It's just that the warp token DESTINATION is wrongly placed....

What about sendspace? It's another OK medium for uploading stuff like this.

Ventilation System eventually sends you back to LED, just saying.
That's a room with hidden block, but it's too hard to show you as it's unnamed.
Also, rooms are hard, with Dissonance, Evacating something being hardest.
And you must get stuck in platforms in Ha Ha Ha I'm serious.
The Labyrinth-->Two places at once transition is BS.
Let's Do This makes me cry. It took me really long time to figure out what I'm supposed to do...
Then, it's impossible to teleport from To the Batmobile to the next room. I'm stuck, (or are there any secret tricks?)
