The Start
« on: December 07, 2013, 11:56:20 AM »
Hello!
I am presenting my first map, called The Start. It is not hard, but not easy too. There are 6 rooms, with 5 being the actual challenges.
5 crewmates, 1 trinket.
Each room (except the starter one) is designed to look like each letter of word "start".

^Third challenge room, designed after letter A.

By the way, each room name is related to room mechanics/strategy.

Please leave feedback, as I would want to improve my map editing in future  :)
Thanks.

Neat idea with great execution! Tolerance is quite hard, but others are fairly easy. The concept is great.
Just one thing: single-tiled wall doesn't look good, so you should avoid using it.  :)

This is fabulous! You should make a sequel called "The Finish" and maybe even add a plot.

It's been a long time since I last played a VVVVVV level, but I think it was a good level. I completed all rooms and got the trinket. :viridian:

Thanks for positive feedback!  :viridian:
I am currently thinking about making it better, there are few unnecessary things + making Reality room harder.
Also, the first version of this level was much harder and more challenging, I still have it. Do you want me to upload it?

Cool concept and level! I though Reality was the toughest.

It was fun to play. The letters idea was nice and made me want to finish all of the levels.
