1) I advise checking out the actual page for the video on YouTube, as there is a link for the “high quality version”, which better shows off the game.

1) Yeah, saw that – I tried the &ap=%26fmt=18 trick to embed the high quality video, but I’m not sure if it’s worked – it seemed to at first, but maybe YouTube have changed something 🙁
