I like the character, though I can’t guess the the gameplay yet!
I have semi-related question:
When thinking about a puzzle game, do you generally come up with a single puzzle and solution and then develop from there?
Or do you think of an interesting mechanic and then experiment in code until some interesting starts to happen?
Bizarre, as always.
I really enjoy your background/texture work, both in this and VVVVVV. It’s almost soothing.
BTW, is the 7DRL (7 day roguelike?) dead or what? I really wanted to play it; looked great.
I dunno about the 7DRL; was into it at the time, but haven’t thought much about it since GDC. Maybe after this thing is finished, I dunno.

Happy feet, happy feet!
I want to be friends with this little guy.
Dan, I recommend a bit of both. I don’t know anything about code, but I thought about it for a while and it made sense.
Looks delightful!
I am hoping for some solid finite state machine ticker tape puzzles out of this one. Make Turing proud.
If this is the loading screen I will buy it.
