I've almost got more posts than you. :vermillion:
Pfft, that's easily fixed...
Oh man, it's pretty on right now in here.
We'll see.
WHO SHALL BECOME THE ULTIMATE POST CHAMPION?
... Where the hell did that come from?
YOU CHEATER! I can't believe you deleted almost all of my posts! That's not fair! :'(
Put it back! That's just mean!
I just changed the number, your posts are still intact :D
Let this serve as a reminder; it's not the size of your postcount that matters, but how you use it!
Put it back! :( I miss being Captain...
AND I WANTED GREEN SQUARES, TOO!
Oh, ok. :viridian:
YAAAAAAY!
How I use it? How do I use my post count?
Can I use it to get green squares?
Oh man, this takes me back to when I was a member of a forum full of satirists, where about half of the regulars were admins. That was a really fun board in general, but one of the many fun things we did was edit our post counts.
We used to respect them, but once on person screwed up his post count, we all went crazy with it. I had the highest or one of the highest post counts before this, and I was pleased to find I could set my postcount to a negative number and grant myself a special rank for to set myself apart from the people who set theirs to stupidly large numbers.
XD That's awesome.
Of course you can't use your post count in a direct sense. What Terry means (or at least what I assume he means) is that a user can have 50 posts of good quality and be more respected or useful than a user with 500 posts which mostly consist of "LOL" and "Nice" and "?" and stuff.
Basically, the post count itself means nothing. The thing that's relevant is how exactly you achieved it, and what your posts consist of.
Like for example this post that you're reading wasted 3-4 seconds of your life~ :victoria:
+1 on my post count~ Yet is on-topic :vitellary:
Well, I would consider a good fraction of my comments to be useful. Right?
Some one say right. :victoria:
Right.
This post, however, is useless spam to increase my post count.
:D Ahaha! Oh well.
#1 Poster is muah?
Why, I wasn't prepared for this honor. (JK)
Fortunately for you, Terry, I'll never get "The Most Time on the Forum" spot. 100 days?!

Yeah, I'm not sure what's up with that. I think it's due to the way I passively browse the internet, opening dozens of tabs at a time. I'm the "most time online" on pretty much every forum I visit.
XD I wish I could get 100 days. So far, I'm only #2 on Most time online, with 3 days (as of whenever I last checked).
This was mildly entertaining, but congratz on 500 posts PJ! :viridian:
:D My post count clearly shows I have no life.
Sorry for bump, but my amount of time of the forum is really high; I never close my iPad off.
??? That's off-topic! Why didn't you create another thread? Oh, I noticed some of the post are related to this, so, you may keep that.
You mean the time online? Mine is more than 3 times bigger (2 days, 8 hours)! I'm part of the top 10 most time online! I might have forgot to logout or to change the site I was viewing, but, if I subtract 4 hours, it's still large!

I concord. I think that the forums need word counters too.

Post.
:verdigris: Why did you bump that for no reason?
Because I had a actually-not-all-that-funny joke that I just
had to tell, internet etiquette be damned!
Why are people still posting on this topic? ??? It was started a year ago.

You bumped it in July. There were a few posts that month, but after that, the thread died again.
