Dimensional Unity will arrive on December 25th!
Like Switchback (ToasterApocalypse) and TLA (VC7), it's split into chapters. Get ready!
Story (it's changed a little bit.):
:vermillion: finds a new dimension and decides to explore while Viridian falls sick. (It's beacuse :verdigris: can't drive the ship very well.) But after a week of communication lost from :vermillion:, :violet: worries he's been villinapped! So she sends out :viridian: to find him. After helping rescue a whole other crew, Viridian and new friend Captain Vernon discover that one of the D.S.S. Electri, Chief Vilna, is trapped in a colorless dimension. It's up to :viridian: to rescue Vilna and find out who's really behind the seperation of the Electri and why.
Chapters (so far):
Chapter 1: The Electri: Similar to the main game, finding people.
Chapter 2: The (area name): Navigating through various areas.
Chapter 3: Criminal Mastermind: Navigating the Polar Dimension to find a criminal.
Chapter 4: Truth, Lies, and Obstacles: Travelling through the Polar Dimension, battling Vernaridox, and getting stuck in a strange crypt.
Chapter 5: Unity in Dimensional Space: Unifying the dimensions and putting Vernaridox's plans to end for good!
Main Characters:
:viridian: - Viridian
:vermillion: - Vermillion
:victoria: - Chief Vilna
:verdigris: - Captain Vector
Easter Eggs:
-Some rooms, like in VTTF, have references to Pixar's 2009 movie UP.
-Captain Vector clicked in my brain after doing some Adobe Illustrator and watching Despicable Me.
-More for you to find!
Trivia:
-In one room where you have to guess the answer to 9+10 there is an option to select 21, a reference and homage to the 9+10=21 kid, who has run away from home.

Switchback and Open are special to me because they were the first VVVVVV levels I ever played besides the usual ones that come with the game. :viridian:

I'm going to help SJMistery and point out bugs because why not?
1. I died before hitting the 1st checkpoint, which ended up reloading the first script with Vilna.
2. Using terminal TH teleports you to the hub, but it won't let you teleport back. It doesn't even tell you that you can't come back.
3. One of the terminals in "The Colour Maze" does nothing. (But it'll probably do something later idk)
4. In the room "Simulator - I" the spikes clearly have a black background, not a lab background. (wait actually this applies to the entire area)
5. In the '"Hidden Space" rooms, the first script will repeat whenever you enter the first room.
6. When you rescue Vita it teleports you instantly so you don't get the "crewmate rescued" text (which isn't that big of a deal, i'm just being a douche)
7. There doesn't seem to be anything to stop you from using teleporter FL (which probably stands for final level)
8. The room "Doing Fine" has semi-single tiled walls. Either way it looks ugly.
9. In chapter 2A when you go into one of the pipes you have to choose between an inner and outer path. If you choose the inner path first you have to backtrack once, and if you choose the outer path first you have to backtrack twice (which is a little unfair)
10. When you enter the room "Feel The Pulsen" from the trinket side, you get hit by an enemy before you can do anything to stop it.
11. After rescuing Vifinity, the warps break, but the cutscene bar stays and you can't see any room names until a little bit later.
12. Entering the red villi's room in the DSS Electri from the warp side causes him to not appear because the create crewman script is only triggered on the right side of the room.
13. It is possible to ditch the Vilna, and there is no way to go back if you do.
Also really Vultarix? :-\ After all the hyping up you did, you gave us a unfinished level. Splendid.

good thing you missed some:
1: Perfectly Symmetric-Warp Drive transition does not work very well
2: spike misaslignement in Chunks
3: the above warp wall in Into the Pipe malfunctions. consider an invisible block wall instead
4: this also applies to the entire Parkour sequence, especially on the last room that has only a partial warp on the below edge

By HOUNDING him to release an incomplete and buggy level because you were "hyped" you ruined it's quality.

the warp tokens at the end of one of the 3 levels that you complete right before the end are put the wrong way. They should be supposed to block you from entering the level from the exit
Sorry guys but there are too many bugs for me to release this full level by January 2nd. If I don't abandon it for something greater than I will get a bugfix version and maybe CH5/Epilogue by January 16th.
Info Teddy did a playthrough and there were just too many bugs.
don't rush it, a delayed game is eventually good. A rushed game is forever bad.

To be honest, I like to see levels being rushed, because if it's delayed, people will waste a lot of time waiting and it could be like an event from ToasterApocalypse in 2013 where he abandoned most of his levels!!!!

Well, in this case I simply step in, get a hand on the last build, and fix what is left like I did with Zanny Protocol 1 and I am currently doing with Abducted Once More, Zanny Protocol 2 and Dimension of Doom, or if I am unable to (mainly because of an overly complicated script chronically crashing the level), at least make it fully playable like in Switchback ;)
As for Unity, I won't have a bugfix update for a little while, and I'll possibly have a Ch5 by the end of January. So if this is possibly the end of the rushed Dimensional Unity. I'm working on something NEW.

Can anyone tell me how to actually get all trinkets? Because from what I see, you just can't.
I'm talking specifically about the trinket in the lower-left corner of the map.
You can only get it if you are banned from the forum. That is how I got it.
