Forum thread posting issue?

Hey, I'm trying to post a new level in the VVVVVV Levels board, but it's telling me that the message body was left empty even though it wasn't? I tried disabling ublock, which didn't accomplish anything. Is anyone else running into this problem? (Also weird is that it let me post this here, but for some reason posting that in VVVVVV Levels wouldn't work)

Try removing all non-ASCII characters from your post, that's broken on this forum right now. It's probably the bullet point. It might also be that apostrophes or quotes were automatically changed into curly ones.
