That's a known bug, my levels have been known to have intense scripts that on some computers will cause glitches, usually resulting in crashes.
The glitch in this one is that instead of a cutscene loading teleporting you, Viridian will get stuck walking right, and then when he hits the wall, the game will crash.
If that happens to you, try SQUISHFISH.DLL from the first thread or try reinstalling VVVVVV. If those don't work, your computer can't handle the scripts.
