Some real quick art criticism:

You don't seem to have good command over posing, your drawings end up looking stiff and rigid.  For a quick overview, check out this video (https://youtu.be/ZmLkVtqjf1A?t=136).  Basically, you need a strong line of action, which will likely actually be a curve for a more dynamic pose.
