I just have one question. At the end of Chris Geehans contribution there are some strange "rustles". It this working as intended?

Well, here is the file. If someone ist a bit into the graphical stuff, he (or she) could tune it a bit (A friend of mine did the image, I have no skills in it). As Terry said a bit more pixels would be fine (the size at the shirt was the maximum) and the "beard" should be removed.
I created the shirt with spreadshirt. I just looked into it and meanwhile they are quite international. Even for you scandinavian guys if you are from sweden or denmark. I could open a shop there (with no financial interest of course) to help Cap V conquering the world!. <-- best smilie ever
