I don't think there will be more Patches , as Terry has moved on from the game.

Still, I would love to see another Patch.

Now let me put my two-cents (if it nobody has posted them already)
*Controlling the game with a controller is easy.... until you pull out the Map and you cannot get off from that menu with the controller, you have to reach your keyboard and press ESC.
* When you are near a Terminal, if you press the Action button, Viridian will flip. (It's a bug I believe)

I know how hard it is to make a game, and even harder to make a patch that fixes things and adds features.
So I'll give you guys all the time you want!
...and if there is no future patch, then that's fine too because the money I spent on this game was worth it! <3

Well, let's patch your game to the lastest version~ ( It's in beta form )

Download the patch and save it to your Desktop.

Go to:

C:\Program Files\VVVVVV
(could be different)

Copy and Paste the ZIP folder into that folder. Then right click and extract it's contents.
Click "yes" to everything the computer asks you. (normally to replace the old game with the new one).
Then re-launch the game.

When you turn on Invincibility, you get a message below that say "GLITCHES MAY OCCUR" or something like that.

It's game-breaking but at the same time it's fun to mess around with it.
Now...if you mess up your game because of it... delete the save file and start all over again~

That's kinda odd  XD

The game is fine how it is, once you go through it once then it'll be a breeze!
Besides, a "health" bar wouldn't fit the game. It's supposed to be Try and Error, that's where the game is at.
Besides, wouldn't you really die if you flip and bust your head open from hitting a spike?

Let the game be, it's good as it is right now~

Click it, download it, extract to the VVVVVV folder and replace the .exe

Yanow what happened after I patched?

I previously finished a game in 18m:07s and when the game saved itself, (Save files updated) then reloaded I appeared in "Last Straw" and the ( Game Completed ) music started to play XD
I finished the game once more , the sound stopped playing, then it started again.

Terry's avatar has always made me wonder "where is it from" lol
downloaded and patched just in case.

It is very fun! I think the best time I've had so far is 30 mins (that's with all trinkets.)

So there is a thread for the Super Gravitron Records, but how about the main game? or even more, how about clearing the whole game with INVINCIBILITY ?

Think about this.
If you buy Sonic Generations on PC, you have to buy another copy for Nintendo3DS, XBOX360 and PS3.

Why? So Nintendo, Microsoft and SONY can profit from that instead of giving it away for free.

Like Terry, they want to profit from the game and I highly doubt that any company can give you a redeem code to download the game for free, unless Terry and companies authorize it , which I doubt it'll go through.

Either way, I'd like to see a 3DS version, but I wonder... what's the 3D going to be like? o.o

Right, they have the non-beta patch.
So download the game from Humble , Install it and then download the executable from the first post, and replace it with the one on your folder.

Otherwise... might wanna ask Terry about it.
