I don't understand what this forum's standard of modification is.  How much of a level by someone else can you modify without getting in trouble?

So here's what I'm talking about.  If I were to put it at the start and finish, it would either be 3 rooms long or wrap around over other rooms.  I made a high quality diagram to show you:

The Tower I didn't do because the placement of the start and finish rooms of the Tower don't line up with the interior of the Tower.  There was no sensical way to create the Tower and have all the rooms line up.
