Really great custom graphics + custom music.
Didn't have any problems difficulty wise.

It was fun to play through this level, and just experience a bunch of different random stuff it throws at me.

I liked the idea of having the level about the actual discord server.
However only a bit after starting I got the first really annoying room "wanna ice cranbarry" I don't understand how this room is supposed to work it doesn't really make sense. Only got through it by being lucky.
Next one "flood that is also ice" was just too hard for me, I understand what to do I am just too bad for it.
And the third problematic room "had to ice it to em" I can get to the left, but I never managed to get to right after that.
The rest of the level wasn't too bad difficulty wise.
However the music got way too loud at some points.

So ultimately good concept + custom graphics, however too hard for me at some points and far too loud music, still liked the level though.

The download should work giving you a .jar file.
This would be the game. It was written in java, so the .jar file can be run if you have java installed. You should then be able to start it by either just running it through double clicking it or if that doesn't work through the command line "java -jar VVOVOV-0.3.6.jar" (command line opened in the same directory that the .jar file is located).
There isn't any sort of .exe launcher if thats what you were looking for.

A4A4A4 is the level that I made for the joke level contest on the VVVVVV Discord Server. This level is 2 by 2 rooms big, contains two lost crew mates to rescue and one trinket to collect. However this level can not directly be played, but instead needs to be assembled first.
The level contains of three .pdf files one for the ground, one for the walls and a third one containing the instructions on how to assemble and play the level, it also contains the story of this level.
This version contains some minor changes compared to the one submitted to the level contest, being a fixed typo, an extra picture for clarification at a certain point and the level now uses a better date format.

who has recently played almost the entire game and has also provided some helpful feedback on some of the later sections. Turns out that some of the bosses in the game are way harde than I intended them to be, when I made them. And while I did beat all bosses when I made them, now that I have played them a bit again, I do see how the normal mode versions of them are definitely not appropriate for normal mode. I'll try to fix these problems once I have time for it, so it's not going to happen within the next two weeks. So if anyone intends to play this until then, maybe use the easy difficulty instead and DO NOT play on hard mode, on normal and easy you get distinct patterns, while on hard mode attacks are random.

Since you did upload a video of your level, I'm going to give you the timestamps in there.
0:20 If the bottom and the top aren't the same you can get stuck, just as you did in your video.
0:51 The left and right edge aren't the same.
1:41 You triggered the same script again.
1:46 Here you leave the room going left, but when I wanted to go left or right I just flipped up and hold into that direction, so I ended up going left in the room above, like you did at 1:39
1:47 Again top and bottom aren't the same, again.
1:49 The first time I used that warp token I ended up in the wall that should be to your right after using it.

While watching videos of a bunch of random games on YouTube, it recommended a Video about a game titled VVVVVV, so I watched it because I wanted to see what game would have such a stupid title.
So I played the demo got to "Brass sent us under the top", later I tried it again and got to "A Difficult Chord". Resulting in me just watching a Lets Play of it on YouTube, but now I wanted to play the Gravitron so I played the demo for a third time and finished it this time.
Yeah, the Gravitron wasn't in there, now back then buying games especially online was annoying for me because I always had to ask someone for it. Instead I tried to program the gravitron on my calculator, where it ran at 1 frame every 2 to 3 seconds, on a display that could only show 21x7 characters.
Later I could buy it when I figured out that Steam Cards are a thing.
Also I tried the above mentioned again in Java.

It was really short.
The end was kind of weird, because I had to go left but it didn't work if i was in the room above.
And there where a few parts where I could get stuck inside a wall.

Based on how you interpret this, I thought of it as "complete the tutorial AND get all cakes", so I only checked on the end, then again if someone gets the third cake they pretty much completed the tutorial, and if they missed one of the other 2 cakes they would have completed the tutorial already because of the third cake.
Whatever I'll change it if that makes more sense.

This wasn't really what I was aiming for, the controls in VVVVVV seem a bit more sensitive as well, which I believe makes sense to some extent, because when there is more stuff I can do if it is not as hard as it would be in VVVVVV, or it's just because I'm less used to the controls of VVVVVV.

Except for the last two rooms which seemed quite hard compared to the rest, this was really fun to play.
I liked how it switches in between who you play during the level.
It only seemed a bit confusing at some parts where it was not clear which path I was supposed to take.
