What is it? I tried changing it and nothing seemed to happen. Is it to do with the next two items, which seem to refer to graphics? i.e. advanced options that you can only change via editing the file manually?

As I said in the other topic, I fixed it by changing play(16) to musicfadeout without brackets, and say(46) to say(45). You miscounted!
I also temporarily fixed this by changing play(15) to musicfadeout.

Nah, I've fixed it. I changed it to say(45) and musicfadeout. There were in fact only 45 commands after say(46) (including the play command), not 46. That must have been the cause of the runtime error.
By the way, musicfadeout works fine, you don't need the () after it. It does fade out fairly quickly. I'm not sure how to make it stop instantly, though.

I've found a glitch in the very final room. Sometimes when entering and going for the checkpoint, you're stopped so that the guy can speak, which forces you into the spikes and stops you reaching the checkpoint.
The annoying thing is, I actually made it once, but I hadn't collected all the crew. Now I just can't do it. I always trigger that text box every time I would otherwise reach the checkpoint.
EDIT: I've finally done it. Yeah, it is possible but very, very difficult. It's pixel perfect. I suggest making the script box smaller - maybe one square on the right edge of the platform. That way, you won't graze it when going upwards.
EDIT 2: YOU ARE A PIRATE is actually much easier if you ignore the checkpoint and fall downwards through the whole room.

There is one bug in 2.1 that wasn't in 2.0 - the gravity lines have been moved one pixel to the left, which broke some of A New Dimension's automatic rooms, including Ping Pong Flippety Flap, Velocity Determines Impact, Ribbed and the one next to it.

Well I'd like to fix CC myself then. What should I do? I removed play(16) and subtracted one from the say command, but got a runtime error box. Is there something else wrong with the script for defeating the second boss?

OK, so how do I fix this crash? Or is Toaster going to fix it? Obviously that play(16) should not be there, but removing it didn't help.

I tried fixing it myself but I don't know much about internal scripting. I can say this, though: I changed the say(46) to say(45) and removed the play(16) command. Result: Instead of quitting instantly, I got a runtime error box and then it quit.

Well, Computer Crisis also crashes when I take away the computer's last bit of health, so it may be the exact same fault there. If it works fine on your computer, compare the two scripts maybe?
Anyway, Switchback makes one flash noise and then quits less than a second later, at that terminal.
EDIT: It IS the play(15) command. I just changed it to 14 and it works fine (although it does start playing Piercing the Sky).
And Computer Crisis has a play(16) command in it! In boss2defeat script.

I'm not bothered, I was just curious that no-one else had noticed it. It's obvious, but maybe not many people have played it? I don't know.

It could be a segfault due to having say(49) type commands. Maybe you should split it into two smaller chunks? And maybe it only segfaults on certain computers, so that might be why it works for you? I'd say split it into two and I'll let you know if it works better.
EDIT: Sorry, I was getting mixed up with Computer Crisis. I haven't checked the scripts in this one... I'll have a look now.
EDIT 2: And I can't see a problem. I'll tell you exactly what happens: we flash colours, the teleport noise is heard, then the game exits almost immediately. I'm afraid I can't pinpoint exactly where the problem is, but I don't remember any different music starting, so maybe it's around or before the play(15) command.

No, the spawn point is fine. I've just played through the whole thing.
May I make a suggestion? It'd be better if you remove the left warp line in "Remember Super Gravitron?" - it's possible to do it without using that line, and I did it the hard way the first time.
EDIT: This isn't a problem with your level, but it's a problem with VVVVVV. Finishing with 21 trinkets only gets you one star for completion. You have to finish with exactly 20 to get two stars. Shame really, but you have to complete it at least once with 20 to get that second star. I don't think there's a way to fix it unless you can set Trinkets to 20 at the exact point you collect the final crew member?

It also does nothing (not even Hm...) if you've already been through the polar dimension and got less than 21 trinkets. However, this isn't fatal because you can still get out. Maybe that's where the iftrinketsless command was used? I haven't checked the scripts that much.
EDIT: It ALSO does nothing if you've GOT 21 trinkets! So you can't complete the game if you get that one extra!

There isn't an iftrinketsless command in that trinketcheckbonus script. All it does is say "Hm...", check one flag and check if you've got 21 trinkets - that's it. So, if that flag isn't set and you've got less than 21 trinkets, it just stops there.
