Had to stop near the beginning because "Heroin" requires a glitch that I've never gotten to work and I'm pretty sure was fixed. Either that, or I'm just bad.

Either way, having a glitch like that be required isn't really good design.

I couldn't manage to find a viable way from either left or top sides, and there is an inaccessible warp token that I don't know where it warps at (maybe unrelated) :
