Extracting the swf from the old version

I managed to find the old version of VVVVVV on my old pc and was wondering how to properly extract the swf file from the EXE so I can run it on my android device. Every time I try normally I get 4 files. I try to run the biggest one, which contains all the games resources, and I just get a black screen. If it helps I have version 1.0

I believe Kongregate use the same version, but I'm not sure (I tried to use it for pretty much the same reason, but it seems to have some DRM measures). Terry might be able to answer this better :p
