How can I do the Level Complete! internal script?

I want to know! I've also seen them in TOLP and BTVVVVVV! :viridian:

They are custom made. There is a way to do it in internal scripting but it corrupts your main game save.

Luigi Master, why did you recommend me to use internal scripting? Is it because it is to make the level better?

The only way to do it is in internal scripting, though I guess you can also simply use this:
music(0a)
squeak(off)
say(3)
Level Complete!
You have rescued (crewmember)!
(unrescued crewmembers) crewmembers remain

gamestate 3006 - verdigris
gamestate 3020 - vitellary
gamestate 3040 - victoria
gamestate 3050 - violet
gamestate 3060 - vermilion
gamestate 3080 - viridian

though you'll want to quickly get off it if you don't want to be teleported to the coordinates of the main game ship and have a telesave happening, so you'll need a small delay and then a call to gamestate 0

so it'll look likegamestate,3006
delay,60
gamestate,0
and then put the "press action to continue" box afterwards
