Douleur Tour means "Tower of Pain' in French, it's a level that i'm working because i formated my PC so...I LOST EVERYTHING I HAD.   :victoria: :'(  :victoria:
Anyway, here is a beta with the first level (I SWEAR THIS DIMENSION WILL BE FINISHED)
I'll give more details later.

Maybe you made it a little too hard?

I found this room, called Abstract Nightmare. It is.. uh.. a nightmare. :)

Some levels (Golden Spiral, and Doing Things The Hard Way in the normal game) made me keep pushing onwards (pun intended), but dying ~100 times on *the same exact spot* is a bit frustrating FYI!

To be honest, I gave up after dying like 100 times there.

OMG  :o

I did make Abstract Nightmare as a screen that involves skill and repetition.
Did the Room Abstract Nightmare was the hardest?  :verdigris:

Well, I died every single time on that second "pit" or what you want to call it.

I think that I've found the reason.

In pretty much every map, the enemies isn't moving the same way, making the map alternate between easy, hard, impossible.

I went out the room and back, and tried again. I repeated this 4 times and cleared the map!

The Pit Called 'Where's The Despair?"

And about the enemies...i didn't really noticed this. But in some rooms, i tried to exit and re-enter but the enemies are still in the same way. But i think some rooms can't be cleared directly. Like, you must wait the enemies to get in a certain position to make it easier to clear a screen.   :o

Ah, no, with the second pit, I meant the second one in "Abstract Nightmare", i.e. first I jump in the first one, then back and go into the second one (then back to clear the map)

And yes about the waiting, but in some rooms it's the opposite - wait too long and the room becomes impossible (and, after a while, possible again)

Give me a example of one of these rooms for me to see if i can fix...  :verdigris:

BTW, Abstract Nightmare has the kind of dificulty that would fit more in a trinket-get room?  :vitellary:

Indeed, Abstract Nightmare IS a nightmare. maybe you need to place the enemy in the pit 1 block behind or ahead?
