VVVVVV 50FPS Glitch With SDL.dll

Whenever i start VVVVVV it starts at 60fps but then drops to a 20fps then a 50fps (PAL N64 SPEED)
HOW CAN I MOVE FASTER

THIS ERROR ALSO WILL CRASH THE GAME...I DELETED A FEW FILES TO GET IT FROM 20FPS SO IT RUNS AT 50FPS
does anyone know how to fix

Fixed...corrupted root or something!
