How to make downloadable file?

I make a level,but i don't know how to make it downloadable (which you can download with a single click)

Click on "Attachments and other options" beneath the post body. Be sure to zip the level file before uploading.

I think it's necessary to bring up the width= and height= arguments for  tags.  Essentially, if you put width= or height= in the [img] tag, like [img width=x height=y], you can directly modify the image dimensions. 

I find that the best way to rescale images this way is to set width= to 320*.
