He's already banned for 3 days for his useless bumps.

Basically, I sent him a PM for some useless bumps he made earlier, but Vultarix didn't know that so he gave him a 1 day ban (which I lifted because I sent that PM already). Not long afterwards, he continued making a couple more useless bumps anyway, (one of which I deleted because it was a particularly extreme example).
