The new version hAS lots of it. Download the new version (Well Not LOTS but It has text and its always had the Navitron Which requires internal scripting) Oh and it has music change

Sorry to sink your boat, but the only one that has TRUE internal scripting is my version.
Having a Gravitron alternative(The Navitron) does not make it an internal scripting level. Sorry.

Out of the three I played (Polar Continued, Back to VVVVVV, Dimension Open), I liked Back to VVVVVV the most.
I didn't vote, though, since my opinion might change and I haven't played any other levels.
