Problem with the mouse in the game?

I would have a problem with the game, everytime I go to the level editor the mouse is not calibrated, for example when I put the mouse in the middle of the screen, it happens that the cursor it isn't in the Middle, but a little further down

Why happens this thing? Help me!

EDIT: It was enough to just put the game, rather than stretch in letterbox (not necessarily have to put fullscreen, this only thing)!

I had this problem too, just fiddle around with the options and see what happens.
