Terry,

The demo .swf posted on Kongregate works quite well, whereas the full version .swf does not.  I know you know the reason/cause, but for posterity and for other users I'll point out that it's a matter of Flash9 vs. Flash10 compatibility (which also accounts for the difficulty in building a native Linux executable, if memory serves me correctly).  I recall you mentioning that the difference between 9 and 10 as far as VVVVVV is concerned is a few different graphical abilities, but nonetheless...

Essentially I'm looking to find out if there's a flash9-built full version of VVVVVV so as to be able to play this awesome game on the Android 2.2 Froyo builds.

It certainly wouldn't be the end of the world if this is too much of a pain in the ass, however I figured I might as well ask, because being able to play VVVVVV on the go is quite an exciting prospect.  I'll survive either way :)

P.S.  Just played through Don't Look Back.  I really enjoyed it!

EDIT:  After giving it a tiny bit more though, it occurred to me that since the desktop Linux market is obviously bigger than the days-old mobile Linux market, I can only imagine that you have probably already come up with this as a viable solution to the Linux build issue, and consequently decided that it wasn't the best way to go about doing it.  Anyway, looks like you only built the demo in flash9 anyhow, so I'm probably beating a dead horse, but it doesn't hurt to try to beat it a little bit more!
