VVVVVV in the Mac App Store

I saw that VVVVVV made it into the Mac App Store and I am thinking about buying it since I loved the Demo very much. But one thing I am wondering about:

Is VVVVVV in the Mac App Store still a Flash game or has it been ported to be a native OS X application?
