With every amout of posts, you get a new rank.
The rank you have now is Docter.
But of course ranks are useless.

Well he can only add one or the other...
So I vote for officer since that kind of sounds better. But hey, that is just my opinion. I just don't think having 2 ranks as crewmate fit well.
