I DID IT. I FIGURED OUT THE CODE.

Using a caesar cipher, the second line says "Cringe is the vignere key".
Using this, we can do a vignere decryption with the code "Cringe".
The message is "The real level is coming soon".

Argh!  "Cringe is the..." did cross my mind, but I ruled it out because I was assuming that both phrases were using the same key.
