Hello, I am currently working on some tools for VVVVVV (just found about this game a little while ago  :victoria:

Do you guys have something like Steam Workshop , allowing to manage levels , other than forum posts and files here and there?

If not, would you be interested in making something like that? (Currently working on a level to png exporter, figured most of the level info already)

Sorry if posted in the wrong forum , was not sure if here or general would be the best choice.

level to png exporter? Not only has that already been made, but you can use ved and take a screenshot of the map in that.

i think he means being able to export the level in full size, rather than a pixel per tile (or in the case of ved, a shrunk-down aliased version of the map)

Yep, I mean both a room per room view , or a full map view ( 5x5, 4x4, whatever the map size ).
Also, the main question is if there is a way to manage the maps (using something like subscribing by Steam Workshop) , as this tool will be the previewer part mostly

i dont have the steam version

there are no level managers at the moment, and it's somewhat unlikely the game will ever be updated to use the steam workshop. i'd really appreciate having one though, especially if it means being able to see the filename and the level description at the same time

No, and that's not a good idea in my opinion. I think it's nice to create topics here on the forum. Not everyone uses the steam version.

Got it, btw, I guess the steam version is the same that the other ones (other than achievements , right?)
Mine says is 2.2 .
