Can't Save in Wine

Hi

I was running VVVVVV on Linux using Wine yesterday, but now I've realised that my game wasn't actually saved. I've checked again today, and my game is definitely not being saved when running in Wine, even after explicitly selecting "save" from the menu.

I just wanted to point this out as a warning to other Wine users who might run into this issue.

I had 18 trinkets, man

Anyway, it's a really awesome game. I hope there will be a sequel! And its nice that there is any form of Linux support at all

That's weird, I've never had anyone report that issue before, and plenty of people have played the game in Wine...

It's possibly a storage setting thing - I wonder what your flash settings are for Wine applications?

I tried it again today. Saving was working fine after deleting the save files in the

~/.wine/drive_c/users/<user>/Application Data/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/DYX5A8CC/localhost/Program Files/VVVVVV/VVVVVV.exe

directory and reinstalling. I guess my save must have become corrupt or something.
