I find the LÖVE[love2d.org] engine very easy to work with, though you'll still need to know the basics of programming.

No. Without LÖVE. I need to know the code used to make VVVVVV, remodify it, and release it as a fangame that costs $0.00! (VVVVVV is copyrighted after all...) But what I've got... It's an animation so far. Besides... Why can't I just make an actual fan game? Why can't I properly use C++? Why can't I use the same code used for VVVVVV, and rearrange it? Why can't I change the VVVVVV logo to something like VilliSwap? Why do I keep asking why about everything about VVVVVV?

Poorest choice you've ever made - I'd say it's best if YOU were banned. I'm gonna report YOUR post!

Sued for something that costs $0.00? What the heck is wrong with giving remodified games for free? Like I said before, they don't cost money.

I need to know the code used to make VVVVVV
good luck vvvvvv isn't open source xd

remodify it
good luck on writing valid c++ code xd

But what I've got... It's an animation so far.
release it xd

Why can't I just make an actual fan game?
you can use löve for that xd

Why can't I change the VVVVVV logo to something like VilliSwap?
you already can, figure it out xd

Why do I keep asking why about everything about VVVVVV?
if you ask yourself this then it's probably time to stop asking questions xd

Because youre not actually making your own. youre literally just taking the game in its whole and directly changing it

And making it free so it's much less likely I'd get sued.
