How to make a working Gravitron?

As some of the more technical people in this community might know, you can use gamestate(10) to create the Gravitron in a level. However, after the clock hits zero and you leave the room with the Gravitron, Viridian freaks out, flying at top speed from room to room without stopping.

Is there any way to avoid this? I've seen other levels find a way around this.

As far as I can remember the way to not get this problem is by having the gravity line in exactly the correct vertical position. I also remember seeing the fling happen in levels where the gravity line is placed correctly though, and levels where it only happened sometimes, so I'm not really certain about this.

Does anyone still need a gravitron in their level? It's not really original, it's barely customizable, it's just 60 forced seconds of the same thing as in the main game.
