How do you get the screen wrap tiles in the level editor?

How do you get these invisible level wrap tiles in the level editor that puts you to the other side of the screen, without changing the background warp? Similar to the effect Terry made in Outer Space. I have seen it in a few levels.

While i am asking questions here, how can you also lower the speed of platforms?

Warp lines.

Platform speed can be changed, it's a hidden per-room option (platv in the level file), but it can be changed in Ved. VVVVVV only seems to handle changed platform speeds properly when the level size is 20x20, though!

in non-20x20 levels rooms at x=1 or y=1 (1-indexed) handle platv properly
