Special room and Gravitron

I completed whole game (I have all 20 of 20 shiny trinkets collected)  and I wanna play Gravitron and go to the Trophy room like in video, but I dont know how, please tell me the way. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mf5ojvaWHyI
