why does my game crash sometimes

when i write a long script in the game
like
say(3,red)
hello
there
heehee
reply(3,yellow)
hello hah
testing
testing

it crashes when my player goes into the script box?
It only happens sometimes.

The "reply" command isn't supposed to have a colour argument!  It's only for when a player-controlled speaks.  It looks like you want to have speak, which requires another "say" command instead.
