I don't own any of those games. Not by choice, anymore, really. They're just so expensive, even used. It's kind of annoying.
I have no clue which I'd choose from Gen V (or from the upcoming Gen VI, either). But from Gen IV, I'd personally choose Piplup. All the way. I mean, who wouldn't want Empoleon? Badass + Penguin = Complete Awesomeness.
