Hi, I'm running VVVVVV on Linux.  The "player levels" bundled with the game run fine, but I'm not sure how to play the custom levels I can download from here.

I assume I'm supposed to drop the files in the data/levels/ directory.  Having done that, they don't appear in the menu.  When I try to open those level files with the editor, the console displays following message, which might be a hint:

No level to load. :(
Are custom levels working for other people on Linux?

As has been stated far too many times than should be necessary:

Quote from: TerryEnjoy! To distribute your level for other people to play, go find the .VVVVVV file in your Documents folder. (On windows, that should be in My Documents/VVVVVV, on Mac it's Documents/VVVVVV, on Linux ~/.VVVVVV). You can play other people's levels by copying files into this directory.

Now go enjoy some awesome levels. ;D

Yeah, I guess it is a bit confusing, though! The data/levels/ folder is just where we store the levels that the game installs on first run.
