I've been using the level editor to make my new level which involves warps, but am totally stuck on what to do for a level.

I made it warp in all directions by pressing shift+w, but see no way of making an exit anywhere. Help?

(hope this is in the right forum  :verdigris:)

If it warps in all directions, you have to make an exit using a Warp Token.

Press "U" to use a warp token, place the first one somewhere in the room (it helps to make it like a maze in rooms like this) and then place the exit one in another room.

If you need more help, I can make a video on Youtube showing how to do this.

(And yes, it is the right forum! :viridian:)

Good idea - but is that the only way? I'm sure I played some levels where there were normal exits... Might just be making it up, though :P

'fraid if you set a room to warp in all directions, the only way out is to use a warp token (like in the warp zone level from VVVVVV). You've probably seen a few levels use warp lines to do what you're talking about, though.

Right, that makes sense. Reason I was asking was because I tried warp lines, but the level I was doing involved enemies going through the warp as well, which doesn't work with warp lines.

Also: OMG GIGGLESQUEE TERRY POSTED ON MY TOPIC!  :viridian:

Have you tried my level? :P
