The crew is doing experiments on a star.

Unfortunately, there's a red shiny self-destruct button. And Vermilion is also there.

Vermilion knows one quick and easy way to fix the problem -- MAGIC. He just has to gather enough MAGIC ITEMs to harness energy from. Then, using their power, he can make a new sun.

Simple, right?

Hey, Ally! So I tried to play your level but all that happened was that this gray textbox saying createentity and a bunch of numbers appeared, but nothing else. Viridian was stuck in the 2x3 tile space, unable to get out.

That being said, I liked the very wide (48:9?) title you made. I also really loved the blue sun, it reminds me of those giant blue stars outside the solar system. The frog picture and the others are also good as well.

The level is intended for 2.5 (which does not yet have a public release) -- 2.4 is the earliest version which can play it (although it has minor graphical glitches -- mostly just textboxes getting offset).

Any version which isn't 2.4 or newer will not work. VCE is extremely old and broken, 2.3 lacks the features needed, and 2.2 is even older.

OK, so I don't have 2.4 yet. I want to download it sometime, but I just don't know when. I always use CE for my levels because it's easier to use, and I don't have to write (iftrinkets,0,script) whenever I want to do internal scripting. I personally always just separate CE levels from normal ones.

You can get 2.5 by following the instructions here, but it only works if you know what you're doing and most people wouldn't

Here's VVVVVV 2.5 actually working

Desgracias

I have 2.4 already, I'd just rather wait until 2.5 fully releases. I'll probably try and get my dad since he's really good with this kind of stuff, so I'll probably try 2.5.
