level mapper?

I saw a few people mention a VVVVVV level mapper. I think it would show a player made level as a minimap (like in the main game's pause menu) but I can't find it anywhere. Where is this mapper?

The Level Mapper is not a person. It's an external VVVVVV tool developed by (I think) Stampy. Simply search through this forum to find a topic called "External VVVVVV Tools."

Just search through the VVVVVV forums (not VVVVVV Levels) and look for a topic called, "External VVVVVV Tools".

Is the level mapper when you press enter while playing? Or am I mistaking.

No - the level mapper is a seperate program that was made by someone. You just take the VVVVVV file, drag it on the program, "Renderer" and it'll crank out a map.
