[SOLVED] VVVVVV wont start.

I recently bought VVVVVV on Steam during the Autumn sale. However, when I try to start it, a window comes up for about a second and then it closes. I am running Windows 7 (64 bit), with an AMD Athlon P340 Dual-Core 2.20 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM, and an ATI Mobility Raedon HD 4250 video card.

EDIT: I've tried to run it in compatibility mode and as an Administrator, but neither helped.

I figured it out. My audio drivers weren't started.

Hi i have exactly the same problems like the user above me. I looked in my hardware manager and disabled my audio drivers and enabled them again, but the problem is still the same.
Im using Windows 7 64-Bit with an Intel Core i7 860 2.80GHz processor, 4GB of RAM and an ASUS EAH4850 video card.
