(3DS) bottom screen menu?

well, looking at the screenshots at Nintendos site ( https://www.nintendo.com/games/detail/pbYF4tOod03oE7GLsEsXMnr5k0nFg-_3 ) i was wondering, is it still possible to get the menu on the touch screen anymore or was that just in an old beta version they took screenshots on?

Yeah, that's from the old version. I'm not sure why they used that as the screenshots.
