createentity is an Internal Command.
Internal Commands require a ton of preparation.

Admittedly, it would be cool to see all of those areas in VVVVVV.

Also if you include other Gems, I would say more zones.

Rose Quartz should be trapped at the Starry Night: Basically the night sky but with stars you can stand on. But if she's in the form of Pink Diamond, she should be trapped in the Burial Desert: A desert with lots of pyramids.

Ruby should be trapped on Train II: A really fast moving train.

Sapphire should be trapped in the FC Basement: An 8-bit dungeon.

Smoky Quartz should be trapped in the Nightmare Park: A mazelike carnival.

Topaz should be trapped in the Dark Forest: A large dense forest.

Bismuth should be trapped in Channel 15: A weird psychedelic area inside a TV.

Alexandrite should be trapped at the FC Castle Ramparts: An 8-bit castle where you have to fight goblins.

Sardonyx should be trapped in Channel 14: Another weird psychedelic area inside a TV.

Opal should be trapped at the Cloud Tops: An area high in the sky made of clouds.

Garnet should be trapped at the High Sky: Basically the same as the Cloud Tops, but with fewer clouds to stand on.

Jasper should be trapped at Pipes Construction: A maze of pipes.

Lapis should be trapped at the Realistic Beach: Basically the most realistic you can make a beach in VVVVVV.

Peridot should be trapped in the Monochrome GB Zone: An black and white area themed after a Gameboy game.
