"What's the hardest gameplay you can possibly make in VVVVVV?"

This level attempts to answer that question once and for all by taking advantage of Tool-Assisted gameplay. If you're unfamiliar with what a TAS is, you can think of it as a sequence of inputs that controls Viridian on every frame in order to move, flip, and interact with objects more precisely than any human. This means that this level was NOT completed legitimately by a human (and it probably never will be).

This level has been in development for multiple years and underwent several revisions and while I could still improve it even further, I'm putting my foot down and calling it here. I didn't want to include any "artificial" difficulty such as checkpoint starvation or invisible gameplay since that defeats the point of having extremely challenging gameplay and isn't a very satisfying conclusion.

Here are some more rooms:

Here's a link to the level file- Level Download

You can simply drag and drop the .zip file into your /levels folder to start playing (if you really want to...)

If you're interested in seeing a full completion of the level, you can watch a video of the completion here-

If there are any questions about the level or how I made it, feel free to ask below and I will do my best to get to them  :viridian:

I have a lot of practice with speedrunning the game so I know a lot about how Viridian's movement works and what kinds of flips are possible so that helps with some of the initial room designs. Despite my best efforts, the rooms would usually require adjusting either because they were impossible to complete or because I felt that it wasn't difficult enough. If a room needed more buffs, I would either create a brand new room, redesign the existing room or adjust the gameplay *after* TASing the room to fit around the existing solution.
