I mean the colored map in the original game with red, blue, etc. It is impossible to do that on player levels isn't it?

External editing can allow you to play songs not selectable in the in-game menu, such as the opening cutscene theme ("Plenary") or the Final Level theme ("Predestined Fate Reprise"). I don't recall what the numbers for these songs are, however.

The opening cutscene song is Pause, not Plenary. Plenary's the game complete fanfare.

That isn't possible, nor does Terry have any plans to make it so. There might be a way to force the  VVVVVV map instead of the generated one (allowing a custom map via the texture modding system), but I don't know of one.
