PSVita version - cannot download

Hello,

I formated flash card & I have tried to download game but I cannot find.  Now I see the game is only in US-shop but I live in Poland / Europe.  The same is from PSVita shop application and via PlayStation Store website.

How can I download game for PS Vita ?
