Hi Elomavi! In case you're reading this I am about a decade younger than you (12 years old.) I'd say I'm closer to you. You see, I'm really smart. I'm great at maths, and I'm trying to get good at geography (I remember when I was like 3 I knew every single country and capital city) as well as technology. (I think my eye quality is 16K/15 360 by 8640 pixels just saying) Also, if you've played my most recent levels, you'll know I'm really good at level design. I'm currently working on a brand new level called VVVVVV World.

So, can we be friends? I think we're related to each other in some way.

I'm not sure whether I'd like to be your friend or not, mostly because I haven't really talked to you before. I'm not sure if you feel like you need to convince me to be your friend but I promise that you don't have to. I actually have several things to talk to you about, like when is TAS Trials going to be completed? Or why is Vespera Scientifica the only level I know to have a map size of 18x14? I've never played The Lost Levels before so maybe I should give it a try. I've been pretty busy playing Factorio recently with some of my friends and between that and working on V stuff I feel like I don't have very much free time to try out new games so we'll see :p

TAS Trials is nearly done, I'm currently polishing the level and creating assets for it. I've always been pretty bad at graphic design so I've put it off and now I have to pay the price haha. Vespera Scientifica's map size wasn't given too much thought, that's just how large the map ended up being. Joshua and I did trim the level down so that way when the player viewed the map in-game, there was less blank space that wouldn't be filled in at the end.

I'm looking forward to your new level once you're finished. Take your time and make sure to have fun!

I'm also planning to make another video explaining every year over the past decade (2010-2019), a video where I talk about the Wii U Gamepad, an April Fools video, and a video where I put every video I ever made in a tier list, which will contain some info on the history of my channel. I should probably stop listing videos because I might be spoiling my schedule though. Anyway, make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out on new videos from me.

OK, so the Lost Levels is actually a very old game from 1986 for the NES, so I recommend either downloading an NES emulator on your computer, or if you have a Nintendo Switch, you can download NES Nintendo Switch Online, and you can play it there. Also, what is Factorio? I've never heard of it.

I really can't wait to play TAS Trials! When do you think it'll be released? Can I see pictures of what you've made so far? Again, I'm really hyped for it. I think my graphic design skills are decent. My new level, VVVVVV World, will also use custom graphics! However they're not 100% original, since I basically used weee50's VVVVVVTYG graphics and modified them. Don't worry, I'm not stealing from him or anything, as I'll credit him when I post the level. As for the release date, It'll probably be sometime around July to August, maybe earlier. It depends on how much I make per day.

Yeah, I would play TLL on an emulator since that's the easiest solution. Factorio is a game about automation where you build factories and expand your production. It's pretty fun, but it can have a pretty steep learning curve to get into.

I have no idea when TAS Trials will be released, but I'll share a link with you once I complete it so you can watch it. I probably wouldn't recommend playing it, because the level design is truly diabolical
Yeah, custom graphics are pretty nice. I'd probably ask weee50 to see if they're okay with you using a modified version of their assets, since a lot of people wouldn't be (even if you gave credit). But anyways, I wish you the best of luck on your level!

Thanks! I've just started writing the script yesterday and I plan to release the video around the end of February. I basically plan to make videos every month, so you surely won't want to miss what's coming up.

Factorio kind of sounds fun, but I'm more into platformers. I do like factories though.

I hope it's out as soon as possible. I've been waiting for it since 2022, and I actually tried to recreate what I saw in your original video! The .zip file is at the bottom, and I don't even know if it's possible since I never really playtested it.

I would ask weee50, but the last time he was active was in 2023. There's like a 99.9% chance he's not going to reply, but I will message him.

Wow! I'm impressed with how accurately you were able to recreate the intro level. I actually ended up removing that first section before you rescue Viridian so it's interesting seeing it again 

I promise I'll try and get it out as soon as I can. I want this level to be over with already and I'm looking forward to it :p

Thanks! Why did you delete the first section? It looked really cool. Also, you may have noticed that the map size is 15x15. This was my prediction as to how big the level was going to be. Also, about the video from 2022, where'd it go? I couldn't find it when I searched it up. Did you delete it or something?

I deleted the first section because I thought it wasn't that interesting from a gameplay perspective. It felt a lot like filler and I wanted to have a stronger first impression of the level since the majority of people would only watch the video and not play the level. I didn't notice the map size you put in the editor but the actual map is 13x13 if you're curious. Still pretty close!

The first section was so cool! It might not have been much, but I did really like it! The reason my remake is 15x15 is because it's a more common level size. Turns out my prediction had 56 rooms too many. I hope you are feeling better! The video was really great. One of the rooms (Art Exhibit) even gave me inspiration for my level!
