VVVVVV, Beta One

VVVVVV hit a really important milestone last night. Its first beta. I sent it out to all the donors with beta access, but there were a few technical problems and some of the emails weren’t sent originally. So if you haven’t gotten an email yet, get in touch and I’ll sort you out!

I’ve been so exhausted today that I can barely keep my eyes open. My body’s reacting like this monolithic project is finally finished, but it’s not. There’s still a final stretch to go before it’s done…

  1. Just as expected, the game is made of utter awesome. Congratulations, Mr. Cavanagh! 😀

… Now I’m even more anxious for the final product. 🙁

  2. This just in from The Department of the Internet:

And Alkard wins the “Most hilariously uninformed and angry comment of the moment” award. Unfortunately due to the high volume of top-notch competition, we’re forced to mint these faster than the US mints nickels, so they’ve become completely devalued. Nevertheless, congratulations to the man on his accomplishment!

  3. Terry, When will you EVER make another beta version of VVVVVV?! Sorry! I’m screaming because I’m your biggest fan!

  4. Terry, You are an amazing man. Except for one thing. VVVVVV is copyrighted. And it’s music? HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE REMIXES FOR THE WII U VERSION?!

  5. You should know! I heard Nicalis has made VVVVVV for the Nintendo 3DS. So why not me make it for Wii U? Oh wait! I know! It. Is. Pure copyrighted.

  6. What is happenin’ here? Someone is asking about making a beta for VVVVVV? No offense, but do you know what a beta is? The game is finished, so he can make no more betas. Betas are kinda like prototypes, so he can’t make a prototype… And someone is pretending to be a Undertale character? I don’t even know why I am commenting here, like it has been 4 years since anyone has came here…
